What I Eat In A Day

I don’t know about you but I’m feeling 22. Just kidding. No but really, I don’t know about you, but I love seeing what people eat in a day. Maybe I’m just nosy? Probably. If you are just as nosy as me, then keep reading below!

I don’t always eat the same thing every single day, but it typically stays pretty close to the same. What can I say I’m a creature of habit!

Breakfast

 

Every morning I start my day with a Daily Harvest smoothie. I look forward to it every single morning. I usually add Vital Proteins collagen peptides and some chocolate whey protein, and I am full until usually well into the afternoon.

Lunch

 

I typically make my own avocado toast for lunch with Ezekiel bread and a boiled egg on top. This day I just happened to eat at Roots & Revelry and it was outstanding.

Coffee Break

Depending on the day and how I am feeling, I’ll grab an iced flat white from Starbucks or I’ll make a chaga latte from Daily Harvest.

Afternoon Snack

If I feel like I need a snack, I love to have some kind of fruit. This day I had a some farmers market peaches with a little but of coconut yogurt and cinnamon sprinkled on top.

Dinner

For dinner I love to have some sort of bowl. These are two of my favorites. On the left - Gracias Madre. Right - Flower Child.

Lastly…the most important part of the day. DESSERT!

PRESSED

So I typically have some sort of dark chocolate every night, but if I could have one dessert every day it would definitely be Pressed freeze. SO. Good.
