Birmingham Brunch

Oh look - I’m at brunch. Again. Wearing leopard print. Again. Are we noticing a trend?

When I tell you this print is a staple in my closet, I’m not kidding. No matter the season you will catch me wearing it. Even to a weekend brunch. (By the way The Essential in Birmingham, AL has got it going on.)

The Ref Sale

Ok so we all know the Nordstrom Sale is all of the hype, but I'm here to talk about something else. Lets talk about the REF SALE. Is it just me or does Reformation never have sales? I love their clothes, but I am not always down to spend a ton of money on all of their pieces. Here are some of their pieces I will definitely maybe be treating myself to this week..

First off is the Maine Dress, and I am getting major grandpa vibes. For some reason though, I love it.

Next are these Hepburn Jeans. I love the color because they are dark but not too black. I also love where they hit on the ankle.

The Elyse Dress is so much fun. It is summery, but if you wanted to wear it in the fall you could throw a sweater on top or a denim jacket. I absolutely love the stars.

This TOP. I think it is so simple but so stunning. It has a very flattering neckline plus it comes in more colors!

Is the leopard/cheetah print trend out? Either way I'm wearing this dress. It is so fun and can be dressed up or down depending on occasion.

The Luca Dress is so simple but so cute. The bell sleeves add an extra detail and the hem makes it unique as well. It is not your typical black dress.

Bodysuits are a staple for any season, and Reformation has a reputation of having really great ones. I love the neckline on this one and can see myself wearing it with skirts and jeans all year.

To be quite honest, I could be happy wearing only Reformation for the rest of my life. For now I guess I will start with these pieces. What are you snatching up from the sale?? Leave a comment below!

4 Summer Must Haves

In just over a month summer will officially be here. (Yay!) Make sure you aren't caught without any of these key pieces when that seasonal clock hits summer.

PSA - All the pics below are shoppable. Just click each image and you will be taken straight to the store page!

First are basket bags. You have probably seen them everywhere, and it looks like they are here for the long haul. I am a fan of the larger tote size bags, because they can transition easily from brunch to the pool.

Button front dresses are also a huge trend at the moment. You can make them as girly as you want depending on the color and style, and they are the perfect summer dress.

Now for my favorite part of any! I love these slides. They are super easy to slip on and are a great alternative to just throwing on flip flops.

Last but not least..sunnies! I never leave the house without them, and this summer, colorful ones are taking the lead. They can turn any plain outfit into a fun summery look.
